3. Proceed to checkout and enter shipping details.
   
4. Choose your preferred shipping method. Samples ship for a flat rate between $6-$11 based on speed.

 

* Please note only one sample order is allowed per customer and   

 billing address. Attempts to order multiple samples will result in 

 cancellations.
